Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us! At Gray &Co., we want to make sure you receive your order quickly and securely. Here's our shipping policy for your reference:

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $3 for all orders under $10 and free shipping for all orders over $10. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and size of the package.

Delivery Estimates:
Standard shipping takes approximately [7] days to arrive after processing. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the shipping carrier to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges incurred.

Shipping Carrier:
We ship all orders via US Mail. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping.
